(TJ/JB) Luxembourg's Grand Duke Henri took a trip back in time when he visited carriages that would have transported his ancestors, among others at the Carriage Museum on Tuesday.
The museum, which opened in Peppange in 1999, recently amended its name to include that of the Grand Duke's grandmother. The “Musée des calèches Grand-Duchesse Charlotte”, as it is now known, is a reference to the six former Grand Ducal Court vehicles which are displayed there.
