Luxembourg's Finance Minister Pierre Gramengna presents the country's draft budget on Wednesday and, as last year, it will be available to the public on a USB stick made of wood.
The 4GB stick contains three volumes of the budget as well as graphics to illustrate the information, however those that are unable to use a USB stick, can normally get their hands on printed versions, as this was the case last year.
There's also a website www.budget.public.lu where a new version of the budget appears on Wednesday providing interactive graphic visuals of state expenditure and revenues, the evolution over the past few years as well as multiple projections until 2019.
All figures are also available for download in the format "open data".
In addition, the website contains a new section concerning monthly monitoring of revenue and expenditure of the state, with the aim of offering greater transparency.
Text is currently in Luxembourgish but on the site will be translated into French in the coming days.
