(JB) Residents had to be evacuated from a block of flats when a fire broke out in the building's cellar on Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters arrived at the scene in rue Sigismond, in the Bonnnevoie district of Luxembourg City, at around 4pm, to find plumes of smoke emanating from the basement.
