(AFP) A billionaire Russian art collector has handed over two Picasso watercolours to French authorities investigating whether they were stolen, in the latest twist of a feud with his Swiss art dealer that has gripped the high-end art world.
Dmitry Rybolovlev, who owns Monaco football club, paid 27 million euros in 2013 to buy "Woman Arranging her Hair" and "Spanish Woman with a Fan" from art merchant and Luxembourg Freeport investor Yves Bouvier.
