Secondary schools across Luxembourg, including those with English-language sections, are opening their doors to prospective pupils and parents.
The open days give people the chance to visit the school, meet staff members and ask questions about the curriculum.
Some of the schools had planned to hold their open day on Saturday 4 May but they will now be cancelled as the funeral of Grand Duke Jean will take place that day.
Lënster Lycée in Junglinster, which offers the European curriculum, and International School Michel Lucius, which follows the UK curriculum, will hold an open day beginning of May.
Since the start of this school year Lycée de Garçons in Esch in the south west of Luxembourg has been offering the international curriculum in English to students from 12 to 14 years old (7è to 5è classes) and there are plans to extend the classes further up the system into older school years.
Lycée de Garçons in Esch had originally planned an open day on 4 May but the school has now postponed the event by a week.
The new campus, which is yet to be built, will be located near boulevard Pierre Frieden in Kirchberg, behind the Auchan commercial centre and Kinepolis complex.
