The programme at the Philharmonie at the weekend brought together in one evening, Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana" and Tchaikovsky's "1812 Ouverture" led by conductor Antonio Grosu.
The Grand Ducal Military Band and the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra String Ensemble joined forces to perform the instrumental parts of the entire programme, in which the Luxembourg Philharmonic Choir performed for the first time.
