Opposition party CSV ramps up criticism of governing parties' rosy economic outlook.

Luxembourg's opposition party, the Christian Social People's Party (CSV), has refused to support the government's draft Budget for the coming year, notwithstanding Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna's open optimism and his highlighting of several new social measures.
As CSV president Claude Wiseler warned in his nearly one-hour speech, even if the state continues to invest a lot, "investments will not be enough to support the country's current growth".
