One-euro companies, one year later
Launched in January 2017, simplified limited liability company targets start-ups, entrepreneurs
The simplified limited liability company Sàrl-s allows entrepreneurs to set up a business in the Grand-Duchy with a capital from as little as one euro up to a maximum of €12,000.
"This is a great advantage for entrepreneurs wishing to start service-based businesses for the first time," a spokesperson for the House of Entrepreneurship told Luxembourg Times.
