Draghi takes swipe at US for talking down dollar
Euro climbs further as ECB shrugs off currency's recent strength
Mario Draghi, the president of the European Central Bank, took a swipe on Thursday at the Trump administration for talking down the dollar as the euro made further gains against the US currency.
Draghi was asked at the ECB's monthly press conference about US Treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin's comments on Wednesday welcoming the weaker dollar as being good for American trade.
