Household expectations about financial situation, personal capacity to save have been 'considerably' revised up.
Consumer confidence rose to a record 19 points in November, boosted by improved household savings and finances, the Luxembourg Central Bank said on Tuesday.
The confidence indicator stood at 17 in October and 11 in November 2016.
