Poland’s prime minister shook up his cabinet, replacing almost half of an administration that’s drawn the threat of sanctions from the European Union just hours before he was due to travel to meet the bloc’s president in Brussels.
Premier Mateusz Morawiecki, named last month by ruling Law & Justice Party leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski halfway through the government’s four-year term, announced new leaders for 10 portfolios on Tuesday.
