European Central Bank warns that it will not tolerate 'empty shell' companies
UK banks seeking to move operations to the eurozone because of the country's planned withdrawal from the European Union (EU) should make their application before July "at the latest", the European Central Bank (ECB) said on Wednesday.
Britain will leave the bloc in March 2019.
