Brexit banks 'must pick EU base by June'
Stability the priority for European financial supervisors, so decisions on location must be taken early, Bundesbank official warns
Banks that want to open or expand a base in the European Union (EU) after Brexit should apply for licences by the end of June, according to Bundesbank Executive Board member Andreas Dombret.
Otherwise, they may find it is too late to have their applications processed, Dombret said.
