The European Comission presented on Wednesday a number of recommendations to make the European Union (EU) more efficient and improve the links among its institutions, its leaders and millions of European citizens.
Ahead of the 'Informal Leaders' meeting set to take place on 23 February, Juncker met with journalists in Brussels, where he shared his vision for the future of the union.
