Luxembourg prime minister says Europe's patchwork regulatory landscape a 'nightmare' for start-up companies
The European Union (EU) needs a Digital Single Market if it wishes to retain "sovereignty" over the digitalisation of the Continent, Luxembourg prime minister Xavier Bettel has warned.
Speaking at the ICT Spring event in Luxembourg, Bettel called for a "common strategy" for Europe.
