Insurers moving to Luxembourg ahead of Britain's departure from the European Union have hit an unexpected stumbling block that could complicate their ability to sell services across the bloc.
The Luxembourg Times understands that a number of EU regulators outside the Grand Duchy have asked insurance firms to specify where services will be passported from in the future.
