Luxembourg boasts small government workforce, report shows
Government employment accounts for just 12% of overall job market, according to Eurostat
Luxembourg boasts one of the European Union's (EU) smallest government sectors as a percentage of the overall job market, according to Eurostat, the bloc's official statistics bureau.
In 2016, government employment accounted for just 12% of the Grand Duchy's job market as a whole, compared with 11% in 2000, Eurostat said.
