Juncker on Brexit: 'No agreement has been possible'

In a three-minute press conference, with no questions for journalists, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said "it has not been possible to reach an agreement" with the UK about its plans to leave the European Union (EU).
Britons voted in a referendum on June 23, 2016, to leave the EU.
