Luxembourg to decide on Amazon appeal tomorrow
Luxembourg government must decide by tomorrow if it wants to appeal order to collect €250m in back taxes from US internet retailer.
The Luxembourg government is expected to announce on Friday whether it will appeal a European Commission order to collect €250m in back taxes from US internet giant Amazon.
The Commission ruled in October that Luxembourg had granted undue tax benefits to Amazon that amounted to illegal state aid.
