GMH sells Luxembourg headquarters
Renovations due to begin in 2020 after expiry of tenants' leases
Billionaire Iraqi group, Nadhmi Auchi General Mediterranean Holding (GMH), is selling its Luxembourg headquarters to investment company Baltisse, it has been announced.
The family office of Belgian entrepreneur Filip Balcaen is taking over Continental Real Estate Company, which owns the Corec building located on the corner of avenue de la Porte-Neuve and boulevard Prince Henri.
