Court of Cassation overturns conviction of Antoine Deltour
Luxembourg's highest court on Thursday overturned LuxLeaks whistleblower Antoine Deltour's conviction for stealing tax documents from audit firm PwC.
The leaked documents revealed Luxembourg's huge tax breaks for major international companies including Apple, Ikea and Pepsi – the so-called LuxLeaks scandal.
