Central station area's prices caught up with Kirchberg last year

Planned relocation of banks and insurance companies from the United Kingdom to Luxembourg due to Brexit was not felt on the real estate market last year, and yet, demand for office space continued to outstrip supply in the best locations.

This is what Romain Muller, managing director of the real estate agency JLL in Luxembourg, told reporters on Friday. Prices for professional real estate continue to rise and the number of new builds remains high.
