The University of Luxembourg's new rector has described the establishment as a "gem", saying there are few places in the world with such potential.
Stéphane Pallage started in his role on 1 January for a five-year mandate after moving from the University of Quebec in Montreal, where he worked as a dean for the school of sciences and management.
