Stena Realty sells prime office in Luxembourg

Premises currently used by financial services group Edmond de Rothschild

Swedish property company Stena Realty has sold its prime Luxembourg office building to the Belgian-Luxembourg investor Baltisse Group.

The 'Brasseur Building' office building has a surface of 4,300 sq m and features 68 parking places. The premises are currently rented by financial services group Edmond de Rothschild.

Stena Realty is an international property company and belongs to the privately owned Swedish Stena Group. It operates in the Netherlands, France, the UK, Germany, Hungary and the US.
