Leasinvest ups investment in offices near Luxembourg airport
Two offices owned via an SPV and certificate financing structure
Belgium-headquartered property investor Leasinvest Real Estate has increased its investment in two office buildings near Luxembourg airport, which are worth around €30 million.
The investor now owns two-thirds of the listed real estate certificate 'Lux Airport', which receives rent from office buildings B and E at the European Bank & Business Centre (EBBC) next to the airport.
