In order to purchase the Italian steelmaker Ilva, ArcelorMittal was told by the European Commission to sell six of its flat-steel making plants in Europe.
Last Friday, the steel giant agreed to sell its Dudelange site in the south of Luxembourg to London-based industrial and metals company Liberty House.
