Tokio Marine wins court approval for Brexit transfer to Luxembourg
High Court of England and Wales gives go-ahead for part VII process
Japanese insurer Tokio Marine Group has received court approval to transfer its existing European insurance policies to Luxembourg as it prepares for Britain's departure from the European Union.
The move marks a "major step" in the set-up of its new subsidiary Tokio Marine Europe (TME) in the Grand Duchy.
