At the beginning of December, Xavier Bettel of the Democratic Party (DP) took his oath as prime minister for the second time. In an interview with Danielle Schumacher of Luxembourg Times' sister publication Luxemburger Wort, he explains how he wants to implement the coalition agreement within the next five years.
